Steelers Roster Move For Week 2

The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed linebacker David Anenih to the 53-man roster from the Tennessee Titans’. On the Titans he was on the practice squad. The Pittsburgh Steelers have officially placed linebacker T.J. Watt on the Injured/Reserve List.

David, signed with Tennessee as an undrafted free agent this past spring and played in each of the three preseason games for the Titan. David led the team with 3 sacks and 3 quarterback hits, 2 passes defensed and 2 forced fumbles. He played in 56 games at the University of Houston (2017-21). David came out of The University of Houston with 99 career tackles, 32 tackles for loss, 20.5 sacks, seven passes defensed, four forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. He will be a nice addition to the Pittsburgh Steelers Defense. He will be working on learning as much as he can about The Steelers Defense and will be ready where needed on Sunday when The Steelers Meet The New England Patriots at Acrisure Stadium.
