PITTSBURGH — The Steelers have signed offensive lineman Joe Haeg, defensive back Miles Killebrew and linebacker Cassius Marsh, it was announced today Haeg agreed to a two-year deal, while both Killebrew and Marsh signed one-year contracts
Haeg played in 12 games and started three contests last season for Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay He saw action in all four playoff games for the Buccaneers
Haeg was drafted by Indianapolis in the fifth round (155th pick) of the 2016 Draft out of North Dakota State He played in 15 regular-season games, and started 14, for the Colts as a rookie Haeg started 15 regular-season games (played in 16) in 2017 He would see action in 24 games (six starts) over the next two seasons for Indianapolis before signing with Tampa Bay prior to the 2020 season
Killebrew appeared in 15 games for Detroit in 2020 and recorded 12 tackles on special teams, He also blocked a punt for the first time in his career, which lead to a Lions touchdown in Week 8 vs Indianapolis (Nov 1)
Killebrew was drafted by Detroit in the fourth round (111th pick) of the 2016 Draft out of Southern Utah He has played in 78 games (four starts) and recorded 56 tackles, one for loss, and one quarterback hit, two interceptions, six passes defended and one forced fumble Since entering the NFL in 2016. Killebrew has 43 solo special teams tackles, the fourth-most in the League in that span He recorded his first-career interception for a touchdown and notched three tackles in Week 1 of the 2017 season vs Arizona (Sept 10) Killebrew registered his first-career interception against former Saints QB Drew Brees in Week 13 at New Orleans (Dec 4)
Marsh was signed by Pittsburgh off the Colts practice squad in December of 2020 He played in one game for the Steelers Marsh also played in four games (started one) for Jacksonville and three games for Indianapolis last season.
Marsh was drafted by Seattle in the fourth round (108th pick) of the 2014 Draft out of UCLA He has played in 92 games (nine starts) and recorded 158 tackles 25 for loss, and 14 0 sacks, 29 quarterback hits, four forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
