Fun Fall Events this weekend in Pittsburgh and Western PA

Welcome to Your Steel City Weekend.

On September 28th, 29th and 30th Mount Pleasant welcomes you to be a part of their autumn tradition. The Mount Pleasant Glass & Ethnic Festival is an annual street festival that celebrates our area’s glass making history and ethnic diversity. Celebrating their 31st year, there will be over 100 vendors and attractions with themed areas. The festival is proud to be honored in The United States Library of Congress.

Glass making demonstrations, Great food, Entertainment in multiple areas, Contests, Crafts, Jewelry, Clothing, Parade down Main Street at 2:00 pm on Saturday, and luminaries that light up the Mt. Pleasant night.

 The Pittsburgh Oktoberfest will host its inaugural festival this weekend. The festival will be held at the Big Butler Fairgrounds from September 28 through September 30, hosting a wide array of traditional Oktoberfest food, entertainment and of course beer. The event will be a Journey Through Germany, simulating the Munich Oktoberfest culture

Plum Fall Festival hosted by the Borough of Plum – Saturday, September 29th – Noon to 7 pm at Plum Creek Park with  Food – Rivertowne Craft Beer – Games and Activities for Kids.
