As an athlete most of my life, I became very familiar with the unwritten locker room rule “Don’t step on the team logo” It’s common for Sports teams to have a carpeted logo in the middle of the locker room floor just as the Pittsburgh Steelers do here. What many guest to team locker rooms don’t know is that it is a big no no to walk on or even step on that big logo. The team logo represents the team’s identity and who they are and walking around it is a way of showing respect, pride and maybe even preventing little superstition. So the next time you’re at a Steelers event or any sports team’s event and the locker room is available to visit. Remember, don’t walk across the logo. Did you know about this? What do you think? Thanks for watching.
